2. Pricing
and payment
The total cost of your order reflects the price of the items ordered
including the shipping charge for handling, packing and postage.
All products are priced in pounds sterling (£),
malcolmtait.co.uk is not VAT registered and no VAT is included in the price.
We accept payment through Roman Cart, which is a
secure payment site.
3. Estimated
shipping times after receipt of payment
UK: 3-7 working days
Europe: 3-10 working days
Rest of World: 14 working days
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you supply. All
delivery times quoted above are estimates only, based on availability,
processing and postage time.
4. Order
acknowledgment
When you have completed your order you will be redirected to an order
confirmation page. This page will detail the product(s), the cost (including
VAT and postage and packaging) and delivery specifications. Please inform us
immediately if you notice any errors on the order.
You will also be sent an acknowledgment email confirming that the order is
being processed.
5. Contract
A legally binding contract between you and us will be formed when we email
you to confirm that your order has been accepted and that we have shipped
the goods to you. This email represents our acceptance of the offer you made
to purchase the goods when you completed your order. If we confirm to you
that some but not other products that you have ordered have been shipped,
those goods that have not been shipped will not form part of our contract
with you.
In the event of any change between completion of your order and contract
formation, we will inform you and you will at that point have the right
either to accept the change (in which case your email reply will represent a
new offer, which we will accept upon notification of shipment) or reject the
change (in which case your email reply will represent a withdrawal of your
order, or the relevant part of your order as the case may be).
6. Returns policy
In the case that the goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied,

within seven working days and we will ask you to return the goods to the

We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery to return
goods to us as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.
We will refund postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or
wrongly supplied goods. We shall use reasonable
efforts to replace damaged or incorrect goods, but if replacement is not
possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, we will only be
obliged to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your
statutory rights.

Data protection
We will keep a record of your contact details for the purpose of shipping
the order. We will never make your personal details available to other
companies for marketing purposes.

If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the
validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
